Daniel Sánchez Velasco bridges the world of the symphony hall and the silver screen. As Principal Clarinetist of the Orquesta Sinfónica del Principado de Asturias (OSPA) for over 30 years, his compositional voice is rooted in the living, breathing sound of a real orchestra.
His aesthetic spans from epic and cinematic to introspective and emotional — with influences including John Williams, James Horner, Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard. He works with premium sample libraries (Spitfire Audio, Cinematic Studio Strings, NOIRE) and publishes through international licensing platforms.
